Oversight and coordination of all clinical services in a non-profit community mental health center involving recruitment, training, and evaluation of all clinical staff, including 20 mental health Interns, 10 Supervisors and 10 Licensed Clinicians. Lead two intern supervision groups per week and consultation groups for supervisors and licensed staff. Develop and schedule bi-monthly didactic trainings. Monitor ethical, legal, and clinical issues for all agency psychological services, including the intern training program, School Counseling Senior Counseling Services, Medi-cal Adult and Child Therapy, Domestic Violence Batterers Intervention Program, YWCA Safehouse Counseling Services, and General Community Counseling. Outreach and collaboration with partnering agencies and departments. Member of agency Leadership Team. In January of 2015 the agency closed all counseling services due to restructuring of the agency.
